Every brand on Zayvay goes through admin review before any Nasq serves. Most brands are approved within one business day.
What we check:
- Identity. That the business is real and the person signing up represents it.
- Category fit. Some categories (alcohol, firearms, gambling, regulated finance) need extra documentation.
- Brand standards compliance. That your name, logo, and category claims aren't misleading.
- Tax info completeness. W-9 / W-8 forms in good order.
Most approvals are routine. You'll get an email when it's done.
If your application needs follow-up:
- Missing tax info or unclear category — we email you with what's needed. Reply and we re-review usually within hours.
- Restricted category — we may ask for additional documentation (license proof, etc.).
- Rejection — rare, and we explain why. You can appeal through the same email thread.
Once approved:
- Your active campaigns (if any are queued in draft) move to ready-to-launch.
- Your wallet balance is available to fund campaigns.
- Nasqs you've built in the composer can publish.
