Premium and Research Nasqs go through admin review before going live. Access Nasq creative is also reviewed, with a lighter touch.

What admin reviewers check:

  • Brand standards. No misleading claims, no copycat brands, no impersonation, no hidden small print.
  • Question quality (Premium and Research). No leading questions, no PII collection, no false-premise traps, no offensive content.
  • Targeting sanity. That your targeting matches what you're claiming the campaign is for.
  • CTA destination. That the URL goes where you said it does and the destination follows Zayvay's standards.
  • Visual rendering. That the Nasq actually renders correctly — readable, logo visible, CTA tappable.

Timing:

  • Approved brands with routine campaigns: usually within 2-4 hours during business hours.
  • Higher-stakes or regulated-category brands: longer, sometimes overnight.
  • First-ever campaign from a newly-approved brand: extra eyes, sometimes 24 hours.

If your campaign is rejected, you'll get an email with the specific reason and what to fix. You can resubmit after edits — no penalty, no re-review charge.

The review queue is human-reviewed. We don't use automated approval for question content. That's why response times take hours and not seconds — and also why our review catches things automated checks would miss.
