Nasq Back Points update within 15 minutes of completing a Nasq. If it's been longer than that, here's what to check.

  1. Reload your dashboard. Some browsers hold a cached balance — a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R or Ctrl+Shift+R) pulls the current number.
  2. Check your points history. On your dashboard under Points, you'll see every credit with a timestamp. If the Nasq is listed there, the points are in your account — your display just hadn't refreshed.
  3. Confirm the Nasq actually completed. If you closed the browser tab mid-way, the Nasq may not have been recorded as complete. Open the same Canvas again and the next Access Nasq will count.
  4. Check your tier. Brand-new accounts in the provisional period sometimes see slightly delayed credits while we confirm activity is real.

If the Nasq isn't in your history after an hour, submit a ticket. Include the creator's Vault name and roughly when you watched, and we can find the record on our side.
