The provisional period

Every new viewer goes through a provisional period. It ends when either of these is true:

• 30 days have passed since you signed up, or
• You've completed 5 qualifying events on the platform.

During the provisional period, your tier is frozen at Silver (45). That means:

• You can take Research Nasqs (Silver+ unlocks them).
• You can't take Premium Nasqs yet — those need Gold.
• Your tier won't shift either direction, no matter what you do.

Why? Because brand-new accounts haven't given Zayvay enough to make a real call yet. The freeze keeps things honest in both directions — you can't immediately drop to Bronze on a bad first day, and you can't immediately rocket to Onyx by gaming a signup flow.

Once provisional ends, your tier updates based on everything we've learned. From there it's a daily recalculation.
