Zayvay doesn't use passwords. When you sign in, you type your email, and we send a one-time link to that address. Click it, you're in.

That link is:

  • Good for 15 minutes after we send it.
  • One use only — once you've clicked it, it's done.
  • Tied to the device that requested it, so open it from the same phone or computer where you started signing in.

If you don't see the email within a minute, check your spam folder. It comes from [email protected].

Why no passwords? Because the most common way accounts get stolen is through reused passwords from other sites. A magic link to your email is harder to steal and easier to use.

You stay signed in on a device for a while — you won't need a new link every visit.
