Different revenue types land at different speeds.

  • Drops and Subscriptions — same day. Charged through Stripe Connect, net of fees, on your USD balance within hours.
  • Access Nasq revenue — within minutes of each Nasq completion.
  • Premium and Research Nasq attribution — within minutes of the viewer completing the Nasq.

So your USD balance moves throughout the day as people watch, subscribe, and Drop.

Cashout is a separate step. Your USD balance sits with Zayvay until you trigger a payout to your bank — see Cashing out. The credit is yours immediately; the bank transfer is a few business days.

If a credit you expected isn't there:

  1. Reload Forge. Some browsers cache the balance.
  2. Check Earnings → History. If the credit is listed, it's in your account.
  3. If it's not listed and it's been more than an hour, submit a ticket with the source (Drop from viewer X, Nasq on Canvas Y, etc.) and we'll trace it.

Earnings are never lost. If something looks delayed, it's almost always a display issue — the record is in the ledger.
