Two places to customize your Vault: Vault Layout and Vault Options in Forge.
Vault Layout controls what shows up where:
- Whether The Cut appears.
- Whether Collections appear above or below Recent.
- Whether to show a featured item at the very top.
- The order of secondary categories on your Vault.
Vault Options controls how it looks:
- Theme — light, dark, or follow viewer preference.
- Background style — solid, gradient, texture, or custom image.
- Background color or image.
- Display fonts — serif, sans-serif, mono.
- Accent color.
Changes preview live as you make them. There's no separate Save — what you see is what's live.
A few principles worth knowing:
- Zayvay's public surfaces use Cormorant Garamond by default. If your Vault doesn't override, that's what viewers see.
- Custom backgrounds work best as subtle textures or muted colors. The Vault is meant to recede so the content reads.
- A featured item replaces The Cut at the top if both are enabled. Choose one or the other for the first impression.
If you want to revert to the default look, click Reset to default at the bottom of Vault Options.
