You opened your Active campaigns list and there's a brand you don't want associated with your work. Here's how to handle it, fastest path first.

Option 1 — Kill the specific campaign.

Best when the brand is fine in general but this particular campaign rubs you wrong. The kill switch stops that campaign on your Vault while leaving the brand eligible for future campaigns.

Option 2 — Block the brand entirely.

Best when you don't want anything from this brand, ever. Brand blocks are permanent, immediate, and one-click to undo if you change your mind.

Option 3 — Block the whole category.

Best when the issue is a whole industry, not one brand. Category blocks take out everyone in that category at once.

All three take effect within minutes. Existing impressions that already fired are already paid; the block stops new ones.

Should you tell anyone?

You don't have to. Zayvay doesn't tell the brand you blocked them. They see standard "not selected" data, same as any brand whose campaigns don't reach a particular creator.

If a brand is doing something that violates Zayvay's policies (false claims, abusive creative, etc.), report it through support. We act on those.
