There's no inbox of pending campaigns waiting for your yes or no. Brand campaigns run on your Vault automatically if they pass the matching rules.
We tried per-campaign approval early on. It created problems: creators who don't sign in for a week leave brands waiting; brands whose budget reclamation logic gets tangled when a creator doesn't respond; viewers seeing the same House Nasq over and over because campaigns are stalled in approval queues. We removed it on April 17, 2026 and replaced it with three controls upstream and downstream:
Upstream (one-time setup):
- Your category determines which brands ever consider you.
- Your minimum budget filters out small campaigns.
- Your minimum viewer tier shapes who watches.
Downstream (anytime kill switches):
- Block a brand — permanent.
- Block a category — permanent.
- Kill a single campaign — for this specific campaign only.
So you don't approve. You configure, and you have three blunt instruments to stop anything that slips through. The trade-off is that you can't have a long conversation about a campaign before it runs — but in practice, the upstream/downstream model gives you better control with less effort.
(Admin approval at the platform level still happens, separately. That's Zayvay reviewing brands before they can run anywhere — different layer.)
