Zayvay uses Dots to handle verification. It takes about 5 minutes. You'll need:
- A government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID).
- A device with a camera (for the selfie step).
- About 5 minutes of quiet.
Start it from zayvay.com/dashboard/verify. You'll be handed off to Dots' secure flow, you'll come back to Zayvay when it's done, and your verified status updates within an hour.
A few things to know:
- Zayvay never sees your ID image. Dots holds the documents and tells us pass/fail.
- The name on your ID has to match the real name on your profile. If it doesn't, update your profile first.
- Failed verification isn't permanent. You can retry from the same page.
