Messages live at zayvay.com/dashboard/messages.
The only people who can message you are:
- Creators you've left an Echo for. They can reply to that specific Echo. It opens a thread.
- Zayvay support, when responding to a ticket you've opened.
That's the entire list. Other viewers can't message you. Brands can't message you. Random creators you haven't engaged with can't message you.
If a creator's messages cross a line, mute them from inside the thread. They lose the ability to reply, and any future Echo of theirs you leave won't reopen that channel. You can also report a message — we read every report.
You can leave a thread by archiving it. Archived threads stay in your records but disappear from the active list.
