Every wallet top-up generates an invoice. You can find all your invoices in Billing → Invoices.
Each invoice has:
- An invoice number (
ZV-INV-NNNN). - The brand it's for (if you manage multiple).
- The date.
- The amount.
- Your business name and tax ID as we have them on file.
- A line for the top-up amount and a line for Stripe processing fees.
- A status — paid, refunded, voided.
To download:
- PDF — for record-keeping. Click the download icon next to any invoice.
- CSV summary — for bulk import into your accounting system. Bottom of the page.
A few specifics:
- Invoices are generated automatically the moment a top-up clears. If a top-up is still pending (ACH), the invoice is generated when the funds clear, not when you initiated.
- Invoice numbers are sequential per brand. There's no shared numbering across multiple brands you manage.
- We can re-issue an invoice with corrected info if your tax info changed since the top-up. Contact support — there's a small reissue window (within 30 days of the original).
If you need to forward invoices automatically to your finance team, set a CC email in Billing → Settings. Every new invoice copies them.
