Auto-refill keeps your wallet topped up so active campaigns don't pause for low funds. Turn it on in Wallet → Settings → Auto-refill.
You set:
- Threshold — when available balance drops below this amount, auto-refill triggers.
- Refill amount — how much to add.
- Card on file — which payment method to charge.
- Maximum monthly auto-refill — a safety cap.
How it behaves:
- The charge runs through Stripe automatically. You get an emailed receipt for every auto-refill.
- If a charge fails (card expired, limit exceeded), auto-refill pauses and we email you. Active campaigns can continue burning down whatever's left in the wallet; new ones can't launch until you fix it.
- The monthly cap is a real cap — if auto-refill is paused there, no further charges go through that month until you reset or raise it.
When to use it:
- Always-on campaigns that you don't want to babysit.
- Multi-brand setups where keeping wallets healthy manually is overhead.
- When your finance team wants predictable charges, not spike-by-spike.
When to skip it:
- One-off campaigns where the budget is final and you don't want to risk an extra charge.
- Brands with strict procurement that needs each transaction approved.
You can turn auto-refill off at any time. The pause is immediate.
