Two different things on your wallet:
Refund credits are money that returns to your wallet without going back to your bank. They happen when:
- A campaign ends with unspent budget. The remainder credits back automatically.
- A platform issue affected your campaign — we credit your wallet to compensate.
- An admin review rejection refunds the entire campaign budget.
Refund credits land in your wallet within minutes. You can spend them on the next campaign.
Refunds to your bank put money back on the card or account you used to top up. They happen when:
- You request a refund of an unused top-up.
- A chargeback is processed.
- Stripe initiates a refund (rare, usually fraud-related).
Refunds to the bank take 5-10 business days depending on your bank. They show up as a credit on the original transaction on your statement.
To request a refund to bank instead of wallet credit: contact support with the top-up transaction you want refunded. We'll handle it within 1-2 business days, assuming nothing's in dispute.
A few things to know:
- Stripe processing fees aren't refundable. Stripe keeps those when they originally charged you.
- Refunds to your bank can't be partial of a top-up — it's the full original top-up or nothing.
- You can keep accumulated wallet credit indefinitely. It doesn't expire.
