If a campaign's reserved budget is fully spent, the campaign ends. Other campaigns continue running as long as their reserved budget is intact.
If your wallet runs out of available balance (everything is reserved across active campaigns):
- Existing campaigns keep running until their reserved budgets exhaust.
- You can't launch new campaigns without topping up.
- You can't raise the budget on a running campaign without topping up.
We'll email you when:
- Your wallet drops below $100 available.
- An active campaign has less than 24 hours of budget at current pace.
- A scheduled top-up failed.
If you've got auto-refill on, none of this should bite you. The threshold triggers a top-up before things get tight.
A few specifics:
- Wallet doesn't go negative. If a Nasq is mid-serve and the budget runs out exactly during the impression, that impression completes (we honor what was already in flight) but no new ones start.
- Subscribers, Drops, and any other money-shaped flows on Zayvay are unrelated to brand wallets. You're not running into shared limits.
- If you need to stop everything fast — a brand crisis, a recall — pause all campaigns from Campaigns → Bulk actions → Pause all. Reserved budget stays reserved until you end the campaigns or resume them.
