Each brand has a wallet — a USD balance that funds your campaigns. Top it up via Stripe, and campaigns draw from it as Nasqs serve.

Your wallet view in the dashboard shows:

  • Current balance.
  • Pending balance — money that's been authorized but not yet captured.
  • Reserved balance — money committed to active campaigns but not yet spent.
  • Available to spend — current balance minus reserved.
  • Transaction history — every top-up, every campaign spend, every refund credit.

How spending works:

  • When a campaign launches, its budget is reserved from your wallet. It doesn't move money — it earmarks it.
  • As Nasqs serve, reserved money becomes spent in increments.
  • If a campaign ends with unspent budget, the unspent portion returns to your available balance immediately.
  • Daily caps and pacing don't change the reservation — only the rate at which it converts to spend.

If a campaign budget exceeds your wallet balance:

  • You can still create and review the campaign.
  • The campaign can't launch until you top up the difference.
  • A pending campaign waiting on wallet funds shows a yellow indicator next to it.

For agencies managing multiple brands, each brand has its own wallet. Funds aren't transferable between brand wallets — that's a regulatory requirement on our side, not a limitation we chose.
