Most ad platforms run on real-time auctions. You bid, you compete, you pay variable prices based on inventory pressure. Zayvay doesn't.

Instead:

  • Zayvay sets the CPM. Rates are fixed by viewer tier and known in advance.
  • You submit a budget. Whatever total spend you've committed.
  • Zayvay returns a completion forecast. How many impressions you'll get at your targeting and budget.

There's no bidding. No floor price. No headroom for one brand to outspend another into the same impression. Two brands with the same targeting and the same per-tier rate compete on budget size for share of voice, not on price per impression.

Why we built it this way:

  • Auctions extract maximum from the buyer. Flat rates put the savings somewhere — for us, in the creator and viewer's share.
  • Auctions reward bidding sophistication. Brands with better algorithms win cheaper inventory. Zayvay's pitch is honest exchange — that's not compatible with rewarding the better automated bidder.
  • Auctions hide the true price until after you've paid. Flat rates are transparent in advance.
  • Auctions push attention to whoever has the deepest pockets. Zayvay caps how much budget translates to share of voice, so smaller brands aren't priced out by reach budgets they can't match.

The trade-off: you can't outbid for unusually valuable inventory. The platform doesn't let you pay a 50% premium for a particular impression. If that's central to your media strategy, Zayvay isn't the right fit. If you'd rather pay a fair fixed rate and not play the bidding game, this is the platform built around that.
