Your Vault is where everything you publish lives. Setup happens once and takes about 10 minutes.

In Forge, go to Vault Layout and Vault Options. You'll set:

  • Vault Name — your stage name. Big and prominent on your Vault page.
  • Vault slug — the URL: vault.zayvay.com/your-slug. Pick carefully, you'll be living with it. See Vault name vs slug.
  • Bio — a short paragraph about you and your work. See Your bio.
  • Primary category — where you appear in the Directory. Pick the one that fits the bulk of your work.
  • Theme — light, dark, or a custom color, plus background and font choices.
  • Featured item — a single Canvas pinned to the top of your Vault (optional).

Nothing on the Vault page is locked. You can change any of it later, including the slug (with one caveat — see Changing your vault slug).

Once you've published your first Canvas, your Vault is live at vault.zayvay.com/your-slug. Until then, it's visible but mostly empty.
