If you try to sign in and see a suspension notice, here's what's going on.

Zayvay suspends accounts for a few specific reasons:

  • Suspicious activity — bot-like behavior, multiple accounts from one person, identity mismatch.
  • Echo abuse — reactions used to harass a creator instead of as feedback.
  • Payment dispute — a chargeback on a Drop or subscription with no follow-up.
  • Identity verification failure — a Dots check that came back with serious flags.

The notice will tell you which one, and how to respond.

Suspensions aren't permanent by default. You can submit an appeal from the suspension screen itself — explain what happened, attach anything that helps, and a support agent will review within 5 business days.

Your balance is frozen during suspension, not lost. Points and USD are still yours and become available again the moment the suspension is lifted (or, if you exit through deletion instead, you can cash out USD first).

If you think the suspension is a mistake, the appeal is the right move. We do reverse them when the facts warrant it.
