To close your account, go to zayvay.com/dashboard/privacy and click Delete my account.
Before you confirm, here's what happens:
- Your profile is removed from the platform within 24 hours.
- Your Echoes stay on creators' work but become anonymous — the creator sees the reaction with no name attached.
- Your Nasq Back Points are forfeit. Donate them to a charity first if you want them to go somewhere.
- Your USD balance must be at zero or cashed out before you can delete. If you have a balance, cash out first.
- If you have junior accounts under your care, you'll need to transition or remove those first.
- A copy of your data is kept for 90 days for legal and tax reasons, then permanently deleted.
There's no undo after 90 days. Within that window, sign in with your old email and we can restore the account.
If you just want a break, you can set notifications to off and walk away — your account quietly enters dormancy after 12 months of inactivity, no harm done.
